Secret Refuges of the Chirisbinos During the Great Persecution

Chirisbino Use: During the height of the French Inquisition, many Chirisbinos took refuge in hard-to-reach caves in the Auvergne region, near Mont-Dore and Puy de DĂ´me. Legend: It is said the walls of these caves are marked with wind symbols that only reveal themselves with morning dew or under a specific moon position. Historical Curiosity: Even today, there are abandoned trails in the region known as the “Paths of Silence.” The Underground Tunnels of Évora – Portugal 📍 Real Location: The city of Évora has records of Roman tunnels and underground galleries.
